Infection à SGA : la Direction des enquêtes du CMQ appelle à la vigilance
Des retards dans l'établissement d'un diagnostic de septicémie et de syndrome du choc toxique ont été observés par la Direction des enquêtes du Collège des médecins, qui appelle les médecins à la vigilance concernant des complications d'une infection à streptocoque du groupe A (SGA) invasive.
