Un étudiant en médecine sur cinq rapporte avoir été humilié publiquement, ridiculisé ou même harcelé par un supérieur pendant ses études, démontre une enquête menée par l'université Michigan State.
La Faculté de médecine de l’Université de Montréal offrira à compter de juillet 2015 une surspécialité en médecine de la douleur d’une durée de deux ans, reconnue par le Collège royal des médecins et chirurgiens du Canada.
«Il ne fait maintenant plus de doute que le gouvernement élu en avril dernier vise l’austérité. On nous demande donc de nous serrer la ceinture. Notre Fédération déplore qu’on ramène le système de santé à un simple exercice d’arithmétique.»
