Agences de placement de personnel: la FIQ demande au ministre de la Santé de cesser l'acharnement juridique
Le Tribunal administratif du travail (TAT) a accueilli favorablement, le 9 août dernier, la requête de la Fédération interprofessionnelle de la santé du Québec (FIQ) à l'effet que les professionnelles en soins provenant d’agences de placement de personnel soient incluses dans son unité de négociation. La présidente de la FIQ demande donc au ministre de la Santé d'accepter la décision du TAT et de cesser l'acharnement juridique dont il fait preuve.
