Les ouragans Harvey, Irma et Maria, le tremblement de terre de Mexico, et la tuerie de Las Vegas en cette fin d’été agitée rappellent que les catastrophes peuvent frapper n’importe quand, même au Québec. Les urgences se doivent d’être prêtes à affronter de tels événements.
