L'OPQ, l’APES et l’AQPP ont conjointement publié un algorithme pour aider les pharmaciens à gérer les nombreuses ruptures d’approvisionnement de médicaments.
Durant la Semaine de sensibilisation à la pharmacie, l'OPQ diffuse sur les réseaux sociaux une capsule pour démystifier le travail effectué dans les pharmacies communautaires et les départements de pharmacie des établissements.
Ces derniers s’interrogent sur la disponibilité d’une panoplie de produits pharmaceutiques qui contiennent du DM, et ce, «sans prescription ni avis professionnel».
L’AQPP, qui désire que ces membres soient compensés pour les pertes financières engendrées par la baisse des prix des médicaments génériques et celle des allocations professionnelles, n’est toujours pas arrivée à une entente avec le MSSS.
L'OPQ a amorcé les activités de son nouveau programme d’inspection professionnelle en demandant à 250 pharmaciens de lui envoyer leurs documents d’autogestion de leur pratique.
L'OPQ a mis en place un comité sur les pratiques commerciales pour éviter que la profession revive un autre affaire comme celle des avantages non autorisés consentis à des pharmaciens propriétaires début des années 2000.
