Peu de places pour les finissants en chirurgie générale
Il y a actuellement plus de finissants en chirurgie générale que de postes disponibles à travers la province. Certains diplômés seraient chômeurs s’ils n’allaient pas entreprendre une surspécialité à l’étranger en attendant que la situation s’améliore au Québec. Obligation d’une facture détaillée en pharmacie dès le 15 septembre

Prévention des diarrhées liées à C. difficile : L’usage des probiotiques non recommandé par l’INESSS
Compte tenu de l’état actuel des connaissances, l’Institut national d’excellence en santé et en services sociaux (INESSS) estime qu’il est prématuré d’offrir à tous les patients hospitalisés et sous antibiothérapie des probiotiques, en prévention des diarrhées associées à la bactérie Clostridium difficile (DACD).
