Un médecin s’expose désormais à une amende de 1 000 $ à 10 000 $ s’il est déclaré coupable d’avoir transmis à la RAMQ un renseignement qu’il sait faux ou inexact ayant permis à un assuré du régime public d’assurance médicaments d'obtenir certains services, produits ou remboursements auxquels il n'a pas droit. - 31/07/2017

Nouvelle édition des Listes des médicaments – Juillet 2017
Le ministre de la Santé et des Services sociaux a rendu ses décisions concernant l’inscription de certains médicaments à la Liste des médicaments du régime général d’assurance médicaments et à la Liste des médicaments – Établissements. Ce sont les personnes qui retireraient le plus de bénéfices des technologies en santé qui les utilisent le moins, révèle une étude commandée par TELUS Santé. En effet, selon le sondage, seulement 20 % des Canadiens de 52 ans et plus y ont recours.
