Aclasta : un seule dose IV pour prévenir l’ostéoporose
Aclasta (injection d’acide zolédronique) de Novartis est maintenant indiqué comme une infusion intraveineuse (IV) à dose unique de 5 mg pour la prévention de l’ostéoporose postménopausal chez les femmes atteintes d’ostéopénie (densité osseuse faible). Lors d’un essai clinique sur 24 mois, on observait une hausse de 5,4–6,3 % dans la densité minérale des os de l’épine lombaire (comparativement au placebo). - 22/11/2009
