Échange étudiant en France : une belle aventure

Dabigatran versus warfarine
À la dose de 150 mg, le dabigatran a été associé à des taux d’AVC et d’embolie systémique plus faibles qu’avec la warfarine, mais le taux d’hémorragie majeure était similaire à celle-ci.
