Établissement d’une norme de traitement pour le carcinome des canaux biliaires de stade avancé
Selon un important essai de phase III, un traitement associant la gemcitabine et le cisplatine permet de réduire de 32 % le risque de décès et de 30 % le risque de progression du cancer chez des patients présentant un cancer de stade avancé inopérable des canaux biliaires, comparativement à un traitement par la gemcitabine seule. - 03/11/2009
